Hizennya Baum
Hizennya Baum is made using special grade Saga rice bran created through high polishing of sake-rice, the raw ingredient of Japanese sake wine.
Made from rice flour, the outside is crisp while the inside is moist and chewy, creating a delicately sweet brewery treat.
