Saga Arare Ariake nori and Kashima sweet soy sauce
This Saga Arare is coated with soft, meltingly sweet Ariake nori seaweed.
The crackers are finished with the sweet-and-sour taste of Kashima sweet soy sauce made by Yamaguchi Shoyuya, a long-standing Hizen-Hamashuku establishment.
Enjoy with not only hojicha (roasted green tea), but also junmaishu (pure rice sake).
